Installation Instructions: Distribution Package

Install the KlamAV package shipped for your distribution.

For more detailed distribution-specific package instructions, check the Installation FAQs. Please update the entry for your distribution, if required.

Installation Instructions: KlamAV Binary Installer

Do what the filename tells you!!

(e.g. sh ./DoubleClickOrExecuteMeToInstallKlamaAV-0.XX or ./DoubleClickOrExecuteMeToInstallKlamaAV-0.XX)

Installation Instructions: KlamAV Compilation From Source

This is the KlamAV installer in "source" code form.

You could try running the 'install.sh' script and see if that works for you.

If not, you can install each component in the usual way:

./configure && make && su -c 'make install'
